A study in precast component concepts.

The idea here was to make a structural shell with as few components as possible--preferably one.  The shell should allow a versatility of space, and be structurally simple while providing the possibility of fire resistance ratings & Sound Transmission Class ratings sufficient for multi-family housing.

Precast concrete, cypress/aluminum face & glass curtainwall, stainless steel components.
