Trunk upholstered liner kits for classic Camaros and Chevelles

The plenum sub-grid beneath the spoil board.  This makes an air grid beneath the spoil board where the vacuum pressure can equalize across the table.  The spoil board is then placed on this with vacuum in place and the face of the MDF is milled off which makes it porous.  Then the spoilboard is flipped over & glued to the plenum and dried under vacuum.  Then the top face of the spoil board is milled off leaving an S & Y zero ledge which makes this face also porous.  Now when the vacuum is turned on it pulls through the entire spoil board and will secure any sheet stock with enough surface area to the table.

Geometry for the strucure for fastening the vac plenum.

Mfr drawing of the vac motor for making the hanger brackets for them.  The table uses 4 of these each pulling 6 amps at 220V.
