Right: At this point we're ready to take the whole thing apart & paint all of the pieces . . . & then put it back together.
So here starts the dis-assembly & painting of all the components . . .
I think we'll skip to the end of that & start putting it back together . . .
Here we are well into the re-assembly . . .
. . . & now we're ready to wire everything up.
The control cabinet wiring starting. The large heat sink on the bottom is made of 0.06" aluminum sheet & bolted to a 1/4" aluminum plate. This will hold the motor drivers which need to dissipate as much heat as possible.
The large switch is the main power switch and has two on positions, one for plasma, one for router.
